Became a mother

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I made a resolution to get pregnant, and I managed to keep this one. Yes, I will make a few resolutions - to keep up with BF as much as possible, learn to control my temper, and get back in shape after pregnancy.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Count 'em: Karen, Melissa, Caren, Lan, Erin, Mandy, Val, Sarah (twins), Cathy, Gazala, Nicole, Laura, Kennis, Christine

4. Did anyone close to you die?
No

5. What countries did you visit?
Went back to the States; Macau

7. What date from 2007 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
September 22nd - Ethan's birthday

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Having a baby...without an epidural!

9. What was your biggest failure?
My temper

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
My old injury in my lower back flared up during pregnancy. Was borderline diabetic during pregnancy, but managed to keep my blood sugar level in check.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
My maternity belt.

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Herb - no matter how much the hormones and tempers raged, he always stayed calm and sweet.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Mum's the word on this one, but I wonder if it has to do with old age.

14. Where did most of your money go?
Ethan!

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Being able to tell my parents in person that I was expecting

Fatter - gained more weight in confinement, but it also means that I had a healthy post pregnancy recovery

Having twins so that I wouldn't have to deal with the prospect of being pregnant again...
